Ingredients

  • 2 cups leftover Instant Pot Buffalo Chicken
  • 4 large flour tortillas or wraps of choice
  • 1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
  • ½ cup chopped celery
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes
  • ½ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • ½ cup French fried onions the crispy kind found in the store’s salad or canned veggie aisle

Instructions

  • Slightly warm leftover buffalo chicken, if desired, for easier assembling
  • Lay out tortillas on a flat surface
  • In the center of each tortilla, layer filling ingredients in this order: lettuce, celery, tomatoes, shredded cheddar, buffalo chicken, drizzle of ranch or blue cheese dressing, sprinkle of French fried onions
  • Fold in two sides of the tortilla and roll tightly into a wrap
  • Slice in half and serve immediately, or tightly wrap in foil for an easy meal on the go

  • Store ingredients separately and assemble the wraps fresh before serving, or wrap assembled ones in foil and refrigerate up to 1 day.
