2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast

1 cup chicken broth

3/4 cup buffalo sauce
Change sauces to make it spicier or more mild.
How To Make Buffalo Chicken In An Instant Pot
- Add chicken, broth and 1/4 cup buffalo sauce to Instant Pot
- Cover, seal and set to high pressure for 12 minutes
- Allow at least 5 minutes for natural pressure release then turn valve to release remaining pressure
- Remove chicken to a separate bowl and shred
- Mix with additional buffalo sauce and 1/2 cup of the cooking liquid
- Discard remaining liquid
Portion chicken into resealable freezer bags, label, freeze, and use within 3 months.
