No time for bland, dry chicken around here! Juicy Air Fryer Chicken Thighs are the weeknight dinner that makes your life simpler while maintaining maximum flavor. With the air fryer, the thighs are juicy on the inside and crispy and seasoned on the outside.
Spray chicken thighs with a light coating of avocado oil spray
Sprinkle chicken evenly with seasoning
Place in air fryer basket
Cook at 380 ℉ for 10-15 minutes, flipping once, until cooked through
Notes
Store cooled chicken thighs in the fridge for up to 4 days. (Freezing is not recommended to preserve the crispy exterior.)
To reheat, add back to the air fryer at 350 ℉ for 4-5 minutes until warmed through, or microwave in short intervals with a splash of water for moisture (although it may lose some crispiness).
Chicken is fully cooked at 165 ℉. Use an internal meat thermometer for accuracy.
To cook from frozen, add 5-7 extra minutes of cooking.
For best results and crisp edges, flip the chicken halfway through cooking and avoid overcrowding the basket.
Let the thighs rest 3-5 minutes after cooking to lock in the juices.
