Equipment

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Spray chicken thighs with a light coating of avocado oil spray
  • Sprinkle chicken evenly with seasoning
  • Place in air fryer basket
  • Cook at 380 ℉ for 10-15 minutes, flipping once, until cooked through

Notes

  • Store cooled chicken thighs in the fridge for up to 4 days. (Freezing is not recommended to preserve the crispy exterior.)
  • To reheat, add back to the air fryer at 350 ℉ for 4-5 minutes until warmed through, or microwave in short intervals with a splash of water for moisture (although it may lose some crispiness).
  • Chicken is fully cooked at 165 ℉. Use an internal meat thermometer for accuracy.
  • To cook from frozen, add 5-7 extra minutes of cooking.
  • For best results and crisp edges, flip the chicken halfway through cooking and avoid overcrowding the basket.
  • Let the thighs rest 3-5 minutes after cooking to lock in the juices.
