- spray chicken with a light coating of avocado oil spray
- sprinkle evenly with seasoning
- place in air fryer basket cook at 380 degrees for 10-15 minutes, flipping once, until cooked through

After chicken is cooked, chop it up and use it on salads, in bowls, tacos, etc.
Adjust the flavor of your chicken by swapping out seasonings. I like the zip of my Homemade Fajita Seasoning. For some variety, try my Homemade Memphis Rub or Homemade Cajun Seasoning.
Be safe! Chicken should be cooked to an internal temp of 165 degrees F. Always use a food thermometer to see if the chicken has been fully cooked.
Do I need to flip the chicken in the air fryer? YES! To ensure evenly cooked chicken, I recommend flipping the thighs halfway through the cooking time.
Can I put the chicken thighs in frozen? Yes, you can! However, you will need to add extra time for this. Additional cooking time of 8-10 minutes should be enough.
