Why You’ll Love Making Peach Cobbler in the Air Fryer Peach

Air Fryer Peach Cobbler is a great dessert to make when you have the oven occupied with dinner or you want a simple and easy dessert. This air fryer peach cobbler will be ready in just 20 minutes so that you can have your favorite comfort food on the table fast.

You can make air fryer peach cobbler even faster by rushing the first step of making the oatmeal topping. Instead of mixing and cutting in butter, you can throw everything into a blender or food processor until it is crumbly. Then, just sprinkle it on top after adding the peaches to your air fryer bowl!

Ingredients

peaches I used fresh peaches and peeled and sliced them. You’ll want to use freestone peaches if possible to make this the easiest. You could also use frozen thawed peaches instead.

tapioca flour this will be necessary to help thicken the “sauce” that coats the peaches. You could also use cornstarch instead if you prefer.

sweetened condensed coconut milk I used coconut sweetened condensed milk for a dairy-free option

brown sugar

oats I used gluten-free oats

almond flour this will help form the crumbly topping. You could use regular flour, but I much prefer the taste and texture of the almond flour. Plus it’s gluten-free.

cinnamon

nutmeg

vanilla extract always use pure vanilla extract and not imitation vanilla

butter regular or dairy-free (I used Miyoko’s Dairy-Free)

How To Make Peach Cobbler In The Air Fryer

Step 1

Peel and slice your peaches. Place in air fryer safe bowl that has been sprayed with oil and toss with tapioca flour until evenly coated. Pour sweetened condensed milk over and mix until combined.

Step 2

Mix all oatmeal topping ingredients until crumbly with a fork and then layer on top of peaches.

Step 3

Place air fryer peach cobbler in air fryer and air-fry at 390 degrees for 6 minutes or until air-fried peach cobbler is tender and bubbly and the topping is lightly browned.

Step 4

Spoon air-fried peach cobbler into individual serving dishes.

Recipe Tips

I used freestone peaches for air fryer peach cobbler. If you want a smooth texture, use very ripe but firm peaches.

I air-fried my air fryer peach cobbler for 6 minutes at 390 degrees, and it was perfect. If you use thicker slices of peaches, you may need to reduce the temperature a few degrees and cook for 3-4 additional minutes.

If you air fry air-fried peach cobbler for 6 minutes, air fryer peach cobbler should be nice and bubbly with a crispy air-fried peach cobbler topping.

A blender or food processor makes the air fryer oatmeal crumble topping very quick to prepare. Watch as you process so that it doesn’t turn into a paste but crumbles easily.

To make this dairy-free, use condensed coconut milk instead of regular condensed milk and dairy-free or plant-based butter.

To make this gluten-free, use gluten-free oats, and be sure to use almond flour.
