- shredded buffalo chicken
- taco sized tortillas
- creamy coleslaw
- celery, blue cheese crumbles, fresh chopped cilantro (all optional)
For a healthier option, try using gluten-free tortillas.
Hot To Make Buffalo Chicken Tacos…
- Reheat leftover buffalo chicken
- Heat tortillas per package directions
- Assemble tacos by adding meat, coleslaw and toppings as desired
Pro Tips…
I used gluten-free flour tortillas – you can use regular or corn – whatever you like most!
Extra buffalo sauce drizzled on top adds some extra spice.
If someone you’re serving doesn’t care for coleslaw, you could also serve Buffalo Chicken Tacos with lettuce, tomato and blue cheese (or ranch) dressing.

- 1 cup creamy coleslaw
- Diced celery blue cheese crumbles, fresh chopped cilantro for serving (optional)
