- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
Avocado oil mayo is a healthy alternative to regular mayo.
Substitute sugar for honey if needed, but reduce the amount of it to taste (start with 1 teaspoon).

Pro Tips:
You can save calories by substituting avocado oil mayo for regular mayo. Avocado mayo has half of the calories of its counterpart and no cholesterol.
If you don’t have any honey on hand, you can use sugar. To substitute sugar for honey reduce the amount to taste (start with 1 teaspoon).
