Using your air fryer to make chicken breasts is the perfect answer! If you use the already portioned tenderloins, you can make juicy chicken in less than 10 minutes.
Grab your favorite seasoning blend and never eat dry chicken again.
Ingredient Notes

I used chicken tenderloins instead of whole chicken breasts for quicker cooking and easier portioning. If using whole breasts you will need to add a few minutes to cook time.

While there are things that don’t require any oil for air frying, I suggested adding just a bit of oil in the recipe for best results.

I used this greek seasoning which I find to be very versatile and packed with flavor, but feel free to sub any seasoning you like.

While preheating your air fryer is generally recommended, I rarely do and still have great results.

Chicken is cooked when internal temp reaches 165 degrees F
Equipment Notes

I prefer using an air fryer with a 5 quart or larger basket for most recipes. This is the one I use.

A quick read thermometer is helpful when cooking meat so that you can ensure proper cooking temperature
Recipe Notes

If using regular breasts instead of tenderloins, you will likely need to add about 3-5 minutes to total cooking time. Check internal temp of chicken to ensure it’s done.
How To Prep Ahead
- Feel free to toss chicken with olive oil and seasoning and store in fridge up to 24 hours in advance until ready to cook
How To Store Leftovers
- Let cool completely then store in air tight containers in fridge up to 3 days
- Chop and store in freezer for up to 3 months.

Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts I used tenderloins
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon greek seasoning
Instructions
- Add chicken, oil and seasoning to large bowl and toss to coat
- Add chicken to air fryer basket in single layer
- Cook at 380 degrees in air fryer for 8-10 minutes until chicken reaches internal temp of 165 degrees F
Notes
- Add 3-5 minutes total cook time for breasts instead of tenderloins, check internal temp to ensure it's done.
