Ingredients You’ll Need To Make Spinach Dip In An Instant Pot:

  • baby spinach
  • artichoke hearts
  • whipped cream cheese
  • sour cream
  • chicken stock
  • red pepper flakes
  • shredded cheddar cheese
  • shredded parmesan cheese

How To Make Spinach Dip In An Instant Pot…

  1. Add spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, chicken stock and red pepper flakes to instant pot and stir to combine
  2. Set to high pressure for 3 minutes
  3. Once cooking time has finished, perform a quick release according to manufacturer’s instructions
  4. Stir in  cheddar and parmesan cheese until melted
  5. Serve with tortilla chips or veggies

Pro Tips…

Instant Pot Spinach Dip is so delicious, I doubt you’ll have any leftovers.  But, if you do, they can be stored in airtight container up to 3 days in the fridge. 
 
Leftover Spinach Dip reheats well.  Just heat it for a few seconds at a time in the microwave,  stirring often.
 
Serve Instant Pot Spinach Dip with toasted bread, chips, or veggies for a delicious anytime appetizer.

  • 10 oz baby spinach
  • 15 oz can quartered artichoke hearts drained
  • 8 oz whipped cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar
