All of my meal prep friends are going to love this recipe!  These sausage patties are quick and easy to make.  Whip up a batch ahead of time.   The recipe easily doubles.  Keep them on hand in the freezer for a quick breakfast.

Cooking with an air fryer removes extra fat and grease from the meat.  White meat ground chicken makes for a leaner patty.  Mixing white and dark meat will make it more flavorful.

Ingredients you’ll need…

  • ground chicken
  • herb and garlic seasoning, add salt if your seasoning blend doesn’t have it
  • diced shallot
  • diced jalapeno
  • jarred minced garlic
