  • Just layer ingredients in a bowl or container

Pro Tips…

Mix it up and give your Burrito Bowls some flare!  Use brown rice, jasmine rice, or cauliflower rice to change things up a bit.

Burrito Bowls are delicious with pinto beans but you could also use black beans if you’re concerned about carbs and fat.  Both beans have similar nutrient content, but black beans have slightly fewer carbs and fat.

You can use canned beans, Instant Pot Pinto Beans, or make them in the slow cooker.  Whatever works best for your family.

These bowls will keep in fridge for about 3 days.  Just make sure they’re tightly covered!

If you’re planning to reheat your Burrito Bowl, don’t add salsa until you’re ready to eat.
