My recipe for Fish Tacos Bowls is made with mahi mahi fillets prepared in an air fryer and uses pico de gallo instead of salsa. I like to garnish mine with some fresh avocado and Sriracha Mayo.

What’s the difference between pico de gallo and salsa? Really, the only differences is that pico de gallo is raw and uncooked, whereas salsa is cooked. They both contain similar ingredients, just prepared differently. Pico de gallo will give your tacos a fresher taste.
