Ingredients…

My recipe for Fish Tacos Bowls is made with mahi mahi fillets prepared in an air fryer and uses pico de gallo instead of salsa. I like to garnish mine with some fresh avocado and Sriracha Mayo.

How do I make mahi mahi fillets in an air fryer? That’s easy! Just follow my recipe for Air Fryer Mahi Mahi .

What’s the difference between pico de gallo and salsa? Really, the only differences is that pico de gallo is raw and uncooked, whereas salsa is cooked. They both contain similar ingredients, just prepared differently. Pico de gallo will give your tacos a fresher taste.

Meal Prep…

I love these bowls for a tasty meal prep option. Simply cook the fish and rice ahead of time and store in separate containers. Reheat slightly to serve!

Serving Suggestions…

I like to serve my Mahi Mahi Fish Tacos on a bed of rice, making them into bowls. This adds convenience and can help you have even more customization options.
