Ingredients You’ll Need To Make Instant Pot Brisket Sliders…
slider buns or hoagie buns
How To Make Instant Pot Brisket Sliders…
Add all ingredients to the Instant Pot
Cover, seal and set to high pressure for 65 minutes
Allow natural pressure release after cooking time has complete
Turn valve and confirm pin has dropped
Remove lid and transfer brisket to large bowl
Shred with two forks
Add cheese to one side of bun and meat to other and broil for 2-3 minutes or until cheese melted
Leave the brisket’s fat on for cooking. It will seal in the flavor. However, you need to remove it before shredding.
Brisket should reach internal temp of 205 degrees to shred easily. If it cannot be easily shredded, simply return it to your Instant Pot for an additional 15-20 minutes.
Spread butter on the buns before you toast them. This will give them some extra flavor.
