Instant Pot Country Style Ribs
Country Style Ribs are meaty and delicious and come out perfectly tender and juicy when you make them in your Instant Pot!
Using your Instant Pot is hands down one of the easiest ways to make ribs. Marinating and grilling ribs takes a long time. So does roasting them in the oven. But, in your Instant Pot, you can have delicious ribs in less than an hour.
Country style ribs are really more like pork chops. They don’t have any bones and they have more fat than spare ribs or baby back ribs. You eat this style of ribs with a fork, not your fingers.
Country style ribs are perfect for the instant pot because they get so tender they almost fall apart.

Pro Tips…
Serve Instant Pot Country Style Ribs tossed with extra bbq sauce just like you would regular ribs. Yum!
Browning the ribs on saute in the Instant Pot before pressure cooking them seals in the juices. However, you can skip the browning step if you’re in a rush.
Make sure the ribs cook properly. Otherwise, they’ll be tough.
If you have leftovers, which I doubt, you can chop up the meat and serve it on salads, in wraps, etc. You can also store them in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
